Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must include all accessories and manuals (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling
  • Products without original packaging
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5โ€“10 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment method used.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

We will offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
