    COD is available on all orders across UAE. We accept cash payment at your doorstep

    📋 Order Processing — معالجة الطلبات

    • Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.
    • You will receive a confirmation message once your order is confirmed.
    • A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS after dispatch.

    ❌ Failed Delivery — التوصيل الفاشل

    • If delivery fails due to wrong address or no one available, we will attempt re-delivery once.
    • After 2 failed attempts, the order will be cancelled.

    إذا فشل التوصيل بسبب عنوان خاطئ أو عدم وجود أحد، سنحاول التوصيل مرة أخرى. بعد محاولتين فاشلتين، سيتم إلغاء الطلب.

    🔄 Returns & Refunds — الإرجاع والاسترداد

    • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if damaged or incorrect.
    • COD orders: refund will be processed via bank transfer.
    • For return requests contact us on WhatsApp.
